Answers San Antonio Homeowners Want Before They Say Yes

Here are the questions we hear most from San Antonio homeowners.

How much does permanent lighting cost?

Every home is different, so we price each one by hand. We do not publish a flat rate. Request a free design consult for an exact price.

How does permanent outdoor lighting work?

A thin LED track mounts along your eaves and roofline. Each light is controlled from an app on your phone. You get millions of colors, zones, music sync, and schedules.

How long do the lights last?

The LEDs are rated for 50,000-plus hours. At a few hours a night, that is about 15 to 20 years before they start to dim.

Can you see the lights in the daytime?

Not really. The track is matched to your trim color. Most people do not notice it until dark.

Will San Antonio heat and humidity hurt the system?

No. The housing is waterproof and built for South Texas heat. It also held up through the 2021 and 2023 winter freezes.

Will hail damage the lights?

Bad hail can damage almost anything outside. No product is hail-proof. The track sits low and tight, safer than loose string lights, and each zone can be fixed on its own.

Who installs the system?

Our crew handles the full job, from measuring to app setup. You do not climb a ladder or wire anything yourself.

Will my HOA allow it?

Many HOAs like it because it is easy to hide by day. You can set a plain warm white as the default. Rules differ by neighborhood, so check yours first.

Can I use it for Fiesta, game day, and the holidays?

Yes. Switch to Fiesta pink and green, your team colors, or a full holiday look. It all comes from the same app, no ladder needed. See game day lighting and holiday lighting.

What if a light stops working?

Reach out and we will check it. The system runs in zones, so one section going dark does not affect the rest.
